All required fees shall be paid at the time the contract is executed. Vendors must display all applicable permits, in compliance with NY State and City law, throughout the entire Fair, including permits, but not limited to Board of Health Certificates for food vendors. Only one (1) vehicle shall be allowed in vendor area for loading and unloading purposes only – said vehicle shall remain in designated lot until closing of Fair. Vendor is to maintain rented area throughout the Fair day and properly clean area at the conclusion of the Fair day. Vendor must supply proper proof of insurance prior to commencement of Fair. Vendor location shall be determined by Fair Organizers and Organizers make no expressed or implied promise pertaining to space location. Vendor may not lease, sublease or otherwise assign his interest to other persons or entities without the expressed written consent of the Fair Organizers. Vendor warrants the right to use any trademark, trade names, or listing there under. Vendor acknowledges having entered into this agreement without relying upon any promises, statement, estimates, representation, warranties, conditions, or other inducements, expressed or implied, oral or written, not set forth herein. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold except by the permit holder for such, St. Columcille Irish Cultural Center. The Fair Committee reserves the right to have anyone removed who causes problems that the Committee feels is not appropriate or may be safety hazard.
